296-unit, five-story apartment complex with a multi-level podium parking structure centered between two residential buildings. The project features a pool and clubhouse amenity area. All heating and domestic hot water systems are electric, with only minimal gas lines present. SWS Mechanical provided complete plumbing and mechanical installation for the project, working under Pentalon Construction.
The Gauge Apartments
Summit Vista 1.6
96-unit retirement center complex, designed with upgraded units and bathrooms ranging from single-bath to two-and-a-half-bath layouts. The hot water system is built around Navien tankless water heaters. The structure sits atop a double-story parking podium and is part of a larger, multi-building senior living community. SWS Mechanical completed all plumbing and mechanical scopes for Okland/Zwick Construction.
4410 & Main
272-unit, 7-story apartment building constructed above two podium parking levels. The domestic hot water system is powered by a 29-unit bank of Navien tankless heaters, configured in series to supply 7 separate recirculation loops throughout the building. Amenities include a large pool and clubhouse, with a snowmelt boiler system on the deck. SWS Mechanical partnered with Pentalon Construction for all plumbing and mechanical installation for this project.
